Screen Feature Differences

(1) Thinness and Lightweight: OLED is the superior one
With a simpler structure that doesn't require a backlight layer, OLED screens can be made much thinner. This enables more sleek and innovative designs for electronic devices, such as foldable smartphones that rely on OLED for seamless folding and bending. In contrast, LCD screens, due to their backlight layer, are relatively thicker, making them less ideal for ultra-thin devices.

(2) Viewing Angles: The two are evenly matched
Both LCD and OLED screens excel in viewing angles. When viewed from any direction (top, bottom, left, or right), there's no noticeable change in color, brightness, or contrast, ensuring a consistently good viewing experience. Typically, both offer viewing angles of 170° to 180°.
